The Red Lobster Cedar-Plank Seafood Event Includes Three New Dishes

The Red Lobster Cedar-Plank Seafood Event is the latest menu lineup from the restaurant brand that will offer a taste of summer with an artisan-style twist.

The menu consists of five seafood dishes in total with three new ones including the Cedar-Plank Lobster and Shrimp, Cedar-Plank Colossal Shrimp and Salmon and the Cedar-Plank Surf and Turf. As the name suggests, each of the dishes have the seafood components prepared on cedar planks to impart a woody flavor, which is a common practice amongst avid barbecuers.

The Red Lobster Cedar-Plank Seafood Event also includes a new specialty cocktail called the Jack & Coke ‘O Nut, which is a frozen blend of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey along with piña colada mix, blue curaçao and Coke.
