Evian Has Introduced 100% Recycled Plastic Water Packaging

Evian has announced a new 100% recycled plastic water packaging for its product in the UK that will help to reduce the brands reliance on virgin materials in favor of a more eco-friendly option. The new water packaging was launched on September 21 on the first day of Recycle Week and is sure to come as welcome news to consumers who are looking for ways to curb their use of virgin plastics. The launch comes as part of a larger shift towards recycled packaging as consumers become more weary of the vast amount of material needed across all of their favorite products.

UK Marketing Manager Gemma Morgan spoke on the new Evian 100% recycled plastic water packaging saying, "Following on from the successful introduction of our recycled bottles at The Championships, Wimbledon 2019, we’re really excited to be bringing our ‘Bottles made from bottles’ to market. We continue to be committed donors to Recycle Week, and it is great that the launch of the ‘Bottle made from Bottles’ range coincides with this important annual event. Here at Evian we are determined to continue in our journey to provide our iconic Evian water in a way that limits the use of virgin plastic."
