Described as a "peer-to-peer neighborhood weather network," the Sunshine app helps you plan up to 24 hours ahead.

Traditional meteorology forecasts are based off remote weather stations that send updates every 6 hours, where as this app essentially transforms your mobile device into your own personal weather station to reflect the weather now.
