Ray’s & Stark Bar in LA is Now Offering a Water-Tasting Menu

As of today, Ray’s & Stark Bar is drawing consumers to its LA location with a very ordinary item on its menu -- water. The water-tasting menu is being presented with as much sophistication as a fine wine tasting, featuring 20 different types of water from across the world, ranging from $10 Gerolsteiner from Germany to $20 Berg water from Greenland's icebergs. The broad menu is designed to give patrons the chance to sample and identify the subtle variances between each bottle.

The collection of waters was curated by Ray’s & Stark Bar’s General Manager, Martin Riese who is also a certified Water Sommelier. Alike a wine tasting, Riese's collection of bottled water features a diverse range of flavors and textures, although this experience is unique in its attempt to replicate a wine-tasting experience with water.
