Looking at the Rat Lamp, I can't help but think of the Marine Corps War Memorial. Although that might seem like a disrespectful comparison considering what comprises this light, I can't help but make it.
Created by British designer Alexandra Randall, the Rat Lamp is one of the most disturbing yet interesting lights ever assembled. Although some may view the rats as fighting for the bulb, to me it looks as though they're working together to help light the room. I guess it's because of what the Rat Lamp originally reminded me of--that, and the fact that one of my favorite movies is Disney's Cinderella.
