Dangling Lampshade Lighting

The Pull Lamp by Whatswhat is Quirkily Adjustable

The Pull Lamp is a deceptively simple light fixture. Although it embraces the Scandinavian pension for minimalist and modern design, there is a subtly quirky feature about the Pull Lamp that will attract people immediately. The lampshade appearing to dangle dangerously from the tip of the stand is adjustable. The cord that it is attached to can be loosened or tighten depending on the needs of the owner.

Designed by Whatswhat, a Stockholm based studio consisting of John Astbury, Bengt Brummer and Karin Wallenbeck, for Muuto, the Pull Lamp may have a simplistic silhouette, but it also has an organic touch that breathes a bit of life into it. It is made using ash wood, textile cord and textile-covered plastic shade.
