The fermented foods producer Lifeway Foods has created a new beverage — the Power Play Shake — as part of a promotional collaboration with the fitness chain Barry’s for its 'Find Your Strength' challenge. This limited-time offering is available at Barry’s in-studio Fuel Bars.
Lifeway Foods' Power Play Shake combines the brand’s Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir with additional functional ingredients like whey protein, chia seeds, and blue spirulina. As a result, the nutrient-packed beverage is positioned as a post-workout recovery drink, which will deliver protein and probiotics to support "gut health, recovery, and overall wellness."
Barry’s 'Find Your Strength' challenge is running from January 26 through February 25, 2026. Individuals who wish to participate can opt for either 12 classes in 30 days or 20 classes in 30 days.
