The Porsche Museum Has Unveiled Its Newest Structure

Car lovers and tourists visiting the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany can now assess the luxury vehicle from a never-before-seen vantage point. The 82 foot structure sits atop a roundabout overlooking roaring race tracks in the exterior of the museum.

The structure pays homage to three different models, all of which were restored to showroom quality. The Porsche models used to round off the sculpture are the 911 Carrera f, the 911 SC Coupé and the 911 2.2. The sculpture was prefabricated and made in the UK before being shipped and assembled on site at the Porsche Museum.

Artist Gerry Judah is responsible for the design and has created similar structures in the past. His work with Mercedes Benz created a similar soaring race track sculpture.
