Popcorn-Covered Cars

This Popcorn Car from Braunschweig's University of Art is an Eye-Popper

It's pretty common to find a popcorn cart, but less so to find a popcorn car. Underneath all of the popped kernels, you can see that the car is actually a Volkswagen model. Making this covered car sculpture must have been an extremely tedious job, although at least the artist had something to snack on in the process. The hundreds of popcorn pieces are arranged neatly in lines, almost as if they've been strung together like a garland, leaving parts of the car like the windows, headlights and VW logo exposed in some places.

The car was spotted at the Braunschweig University of Art (HBK) in Germany, which is fitting since the car also happens to come from a German auto maker.
