‘While You Sleep' Features Work From Cat Rabbit & Ghostpatrol

Plushies don’t have to exist merely as a nostalgic memory of your beloved childhood past. They can be artistic and grown-up but still youthful and magical. For all of your plushie needs, check out the collaborative work of artists Cat Rabbit and Ghostpatrol entitled "While You Sleep."

This collection features badgers with pocket watches, vampire monkeys, elves, sleeping dolls, stuffed owls, and many other whimsical creatures all made with a miraculous attention to detail. Using stuffed animals as an artistic medium does communicate obvious innocence, but there is definitely an edge to these mythical characters.

Check out the Gorker Gallery’s website to get a glimpse of their most recent exhibition if you couldn’t make it to the real-life exhibit that was shown from February 19th until March 8th at the Gorker Museum in Fitzroy, Australia.
