The InStyle Magazine Play It Cool Photoshoot Showcases Sincere Looks

The InStyle Magazine Play It Cool January 2015 editorial showcases the earnest side of actress Lizzy Caplan. In the photoshoot taken by Maurizio Bavutti, the Masters of Sex television star looked candidly ahead, doing away with the common will to jazz up productions during the holiday season.

Stylist Melissa Rubini dressed Caplan in a range of pieces from brands such as Gucci, Burberry Prorsum and Calvin Klein. The items selected resonated with Caplan's laid-back approach to fashion, seen in loose fitting trousers, lace up sneakers and classic trench coats.

Clean minimalism was further driven home by cosmetics expert Darlene Jacobs. In place of seasonal sparkles or bold cosmetics, Jacobs made use of a pale gold-hued shimmer, making Caplan appear as natural as possible.
