The shoes themselves are white with black designs on them, consisting of a collage of creepy hands with outrageously long fingernails. The hands are holding lit cigarettes and the smoke is rising up. On top of the hands are tattoos of crosses, and, to top off the overall feel of creepiness, the odd extremities also have a plain, black thumb ring band.
