Edible Plant-Based Buckets

Alpro's Plant-Based Bucket Shares a Vegan Meal Without Packaging Waste

With many consumers interested in plant-based eating and reducing packaging waste, Alpro created a new product, the Plant-Based Bucket, to offer the best of both worlds. For Plant Power Day on March 7th, Alpro will be making the plant-based meal and its entirely edible packaging available Deliveroo Editions.

As a dairy alternative brand, Alpro is putting a plant-powered spin on conventional chicken and chips meals with mushroom "nuggets" that feature the Alpro Almond Unsweetened drink as an included ingredient, sweet potato fries and a garlic dip. Each of these plant-based creations is served in a bucket that is made of a combination of nuts, spices and fennel, nigella, pumpkin and sesame seeds—just as the plant-based nuggets and fries pair well with the creamy dip, so does the edible bucket.
