Purifying Plane Air Devices

This Miniature Fan Can Help Improve Airflow on Airplanes to Stop Germs

Plane air is often a cause of stress for many consumers that worry about the spreading of germs or sicknesses in the confined space with poor ventilation. To tackle this problem, 17-year-old inventor Raymond Wang came up with a purification system that creatively helps to filter the air on planes faster and more successfully to reduce health risks. The system creates individual breathing areas rather than circulating the same air throughout the entire plane.

According to Wang, when someone sneezes or coughs on a plane that air continues to move through the cabin for a period of time before it reaches the vents to be purified. To stop the spread of such germs, Wang put together a miniature fan that brings fresh inhalation to the cabin, increasing the air quality by 190%. The system creates walls of air in a sense that separate between passengers stopping the spread of bacteria.
