Ping-Pong Ball Gun Deals a Destructive Punch
Inventor, artists and Make Magazine fan Ron Kessinger has made a potentially lethal ping-pong ball gun. A standard wall outlet and a compressed air line give the gun its gumption. To add weight and a little more power to the gun's ammunition, a standard ping-pong ball, Kessinger injected the balls with some water. This extra step was enough to allow the fast moving balls to pierce through a sheet of drywall. Even particle board was not strong enough to withstand the force of the blow. The gun contains a 14 shot magazine and is sure to bring countless hours of trigger-happy amusement.
