PILU Lamp Rocks Back and Forth to Establish and Intimate Lean

Snuggle up with a book on the couch and draw the soft glow of your light fixture nice and close. The PILU Lamp has been assembled in such a way that enables it to sway back and forth so that it can illuminate from an upright position as well as at one with a slant.

Designer Leoni Werle built the bent bases of the floor lamp and table lamp versions by taking a pair of beveled wooden blocks and then fixing them together. Both timber wedges anchor metal rods that emerge perfectly perpendicular; one of them extends all the way to the lightbulb while the other meets it in the middle and acts as a secondary support. The sweet seesawing PILU Lamp has a charming bell-shaped lampshade that swings on a hinge to keep it level.
