The Latest Hermès 'Petit h' Creation is in the Form of a Sailboat

For four year now, French luxury accessory brand Hermès has created unique objects with its iconic scarves for its 'Petit h' workshops. Most recently, the company, with the help of Godefroy de Virew, created a decorative sailboat.

The point of the sailboat is to highlight the company's emblematic materials, which include leather, metal and silk scarf. Of course, it is also inspired by the toy sailboats that both children and adults use; many people have sailed similar boats on the pond at the Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris, while others simply use them as office decor.

This conceptualized boat is solely for decorative purposes and you may want to keep prying child hands away from it because it costs a few pretty pennies. The $10,200 sailboat is being sold for a limited time exclusively at Hermès stores, but will be showcased permanently at the Hermès store in Paris.
