Crisp Ivory Ensembles

The Peter Som Fall 2012 Collection is Clean-Cut and Feminine

Minimalism is back and bigger than ever, and the Peter Som Fall 2012 collection only reinforces that notion.

Opening the show with a handful of clean and crisp white pieces, Mr. Som experimented with slim silhouettes, chunky outerwear and peplum blouses.

"I wanted a precision and crispness," Som explained to Style.com prior to the show. "At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel strong and sexy."

He certainly achieved his goal of making the Peter Som woman appear strong and sexy. While colors did eventually appear on the runway (red, burgundy, black and teal, to be precise), along with some abstract prints, it was the gorgeous ivory pieces that stood out.

The Peter Som Fall 2012 collection is certainly one of the most wearable offerings of New York Fashion Week thus far.
