Connected Perfume Testers

Orlandi's In-Store Tech Releases a "Dry Smell" Without Airborne Residue

The sampling market has been shaken up as stores have had to find new ways to give people the chance to try before they buy and Orlandi is introducing a new connected perfume tester tool featuring patented technology from Brazilian start-up Noar. Using dry diffusion, the system is said to be capable of reproducing up to 20 fragrances with a "dry smell" that doesn't leave behind airborne particle residue.

In-store, users can connect to the digital fragrance catalog using a mobile device, so that they can discover the scents that can be experienced. The diffuser unit itself is easy to sanitize and replenish as needed, since the recyclable cartridges can be replaced after 100 fragrant shots have been shared.
