516 Meter Highrises

The Pentominium Dubai to be the Apex in Luxury Living

International architectural firm Aedas is proposing to build the Pentominium Dubai, in Dubai Marina, and if realized, it would potentially be the tallest residential tower in the world.

The extremely thin tower will rise 516 meters and will hold a Sky Lounge, Sky Pool, business centre, a private observation deck, segregated health clubs, a cigar lounge, a banqueting hall and private theatre. In addition to the state-of-the-art amenities and luxurious residences, all public areas in the Pentominium Dubai will be crystallized by Swarovski and each unit will be fitted with sound equipment from Bang & Olufsen.

In order to best deal with challenges posed by both the weather and the proximity of the surrounding buildings, the Pentominium Dubai will have two sides built between a shared core. One side of the building will be staggered in shape allowing for privacy and structural stability.
