PB2, a food company specializing in powdered nut butter, has announced that it will be expanding its product offerings with the launch of its first-ever lineup of baking mixes called 'PB2 Pantry.'
The new line of baking mixes will launch with three variations: Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix, and Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix. All three of the PB2 Pantry mixes are made with roasted peanut flour. Because of this, they are vegan, gluten-free, and kosher. T
There are, however, some slight differences in macronutrient content between each product. For example, the Chocolate Chip Brownie mix features four grams of protein per serving, while the Apple Cinnamon Muffin mix contains 14 grams per serving.
