The Single & Parenting Program Provides Support for Single Parents

A number of different topics and areas of concern come about when you're a single parent, so the Single & Parenting Program aims to provide a support system to address as many as possible.

Being run by the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, the program is tailored towards parents who are struggling with topics such as money, career, dating, emotions and much more. The 13-week course started on September 14th and aims to ensure that parents aren't alone in their struggles when it comes to caring for their families in a single-parent household.

Although the Single & Parenting Program might seem as though it's only for divorced parents, the group's administrator has stressed that it's for single parents of all kinds including the widowed, those who are single parents by choice and more.
