Papa John Launches First NFT Collection as Part of Papa X Cheddar Campaign

Leading American pizza chain Papa John's has announced the launch of its first NFT collection, which arrives as part of the brand's second Papa Johns’ Papa X Cheddar marketing campaign.

According to the company, the collection will include a total of 19,840 NFTs -- a number inspired by Papa John's founding year, 1984. The actual NFTs will feature digital bag designs based on the brand's pizza delivery bag and will be released on specific dates throughout March. In addition, each NFT will come three brand colorways and feature a playful title like 'Papa 1984' and 'Papa Cheese Melt.'

"There is so much global hype surrounding NFTs right now, but not everyone understands what they are or how to get one. That’s why Papa Johns is delighted to be bringing NFTs into the mainstream, making them available for pizza fans, digital art collectors and meta-professionals alike," said Jo Blundell, Vice President of International Marketing at Papa Johns.
