Paolo decided to transform swinging into a sport by installing giant swings in an old gymnasium. He aligned the swings in a team-on-team format, with 5 swings on each side of the gym facing each other.
When viewers came to see the installation, Paolo encouraged them to interact with it. The only rule of the Paolo Salvagione Competitive Swinging installation? To have fun! Children and grown ups swung to the ceiling and although they were divided into teams, had fun together as a group.
