Disguised as chic living room furniture, the Panorama Fitness Carpet encourages exercising for a stylishly healthy lifestyle.
Designed by L’Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique students Batia Bertho, Marjorie Broudieu and Salomé Le Lay, the Panorama Fitness Carpet replaces the typical sofa, tables and other home accessories found in the sitting room with a soft modular floor and fixed backrests. Corresponding slots beneath the soft surface allows the flooring to be propped up in such a way as to support sit-ups, push- ups and other strengthening workouts so that the person doesn't harm him- or herself.
