Family-Fitting Cycles

The Panasonic Gyutto Bike is a Stable Ride for a Small Family

The environmentally conscious may chose to ride a bicycle to work rather than drive without a carpool, but those who are really enthusiastic about simplifying transport may be interested in the Panasonic Gyutto Bike.

Manufactured to fit an adult and up to two children, this compact conveyance comes fitted with one baby seat over the handlebars, and one that can be fixed to the rear loading platform. The back security can accommodate a kid up to 22kg in weight, and where a lighter infant may sit at the front, a smaller wheel was designed to lower the chair for better stability.

The bicycle and its Mini version are both power-assisted and can travel 36km on one charge of their lithium-ion batteries. Extra safety features have been added to the Panasonic Gyutto Bike to ensure that the cycle stays steady when the rider dismounts.
