Spicy Floral Cocktails

This Spring Paloma Drink Adds Heat to Represent the Warmer Climate

In honor of Spring, Pinch Food Design has captured the warming increase of temperatures with a spiced Paloma drink, that features edible flowers and hot peppers to give the cocktail an added level of heat.

The beverage takes on a similar ingredient list to that of a traditional Paloma beverage including tequila, grapefruit juice, limes and club soda. Added to the drink to give it an element of spice inspired by the increased temperatures that follow with spring is crushed red peper and salt. The drink is then topped with edible flowers and mint as a final garnish. The refreshing citrus flavors are contrasted with the hot notes of the red pepper while the edible flowers add sweetness that captures the spring season.
