The Paddle smartphone is like nothing the world has ever seen before. While smartphones are always changing and adapting to new markets, fan bases and cultures, there has never been a phone like this...not by a long shot.
The paddle looks less like a phone and much more like a Rubik’s cube. The phone shifts shapes and sizes for whatever the user needs to use it for. This shape-shifting ability allows for a variety of controls based on needs.
For the video game function, it turns slightly wider for ample control; when folded, it can skip through pages like a book. That versatility is few and far between when it comes to the smartphone market, and while this is a ways off for actual retail consumption, the concept is amazing.
