The menu includes seven options in all that date back to the brand's founding in 1998 such as the Walkabout Soup, Aussie Twisted Ribs, Wedge Salad, Toowoomba Pasta, Alice Springs Sirloin, Sydney's Sinful Sundae and the Cinnamon Oblivion. The menu thus includes items ranging from appetizer to dessert to help diners create their very own throwback meal according to their taste preferences.

The Outback Steakhouse Boomerang Menu is being offered for a very short time only from March 20 through 26, 2023 at participating locations in the US.
