Emmanuel Babled's 'Osmosi' Explores Technology's Connection with Art

Emmanuel Babled's latest collection 'Osmosi' is a beautiful fusion of materials coming together for a versatile line of designs.

The designer collaborated with stone crafters at Testi Group and glassmakers from Venini to create pieces that can potentially be used as vases, lamps, benches and tables. Each design is also one-of-a-kind, making the collection exclusively luxurious. A two-part process which begins with glass-blowing and is then finished with 3D scanning, the Osmosi collection combines marble and glass, classic and modern. What's most brilliant about the Osmosi collection is how the glass structures look like they're naturally part of the marble and vice versa.

Babled says he is "interested to work on the synergies that digital media can generate in today's production systems," according to coolhunting.com.
