Even though England is not exactly known for the pancake breakfast, a British restaurant called The Diner created The Oreo Cookie Cake. Available for a limited time only at seven of their locations, the Oreo-inspired flapjack stack will be a part of a special menu offered from February 17th to 22nd.
The Oreo-filled griddles have a gooey marshmallow "filling" you have to try if you live in London. Or, if you can't make the trip, The Diner also released a recipe for their Oreo Cookie Cake you can make at home. As photographed by Paul Winch-Furness, it is clear that these pancakes make for a decadent breakfast if you want to indulge in sweeter way compared to the traditional full English.
