Arboreal Basketball Courts

The University of Oregon Basketball Court is Inspired by the Forest

If you thought the Boise St. "smurf turf" was the most creative home court in all of college sports, then you have clearly never seen the new Unviersity of Oregon basketball court.

The new Unviersity of Oregon basketball court was designed by Tinker Hattfield, a Nike designer and all around artistic genius. The court itself is designed to look like a forest with trees shooting upwards towards a gloomy Pacific northwest sky. Be sure to watch the video above to see Hattfield describing his unique design.
