Shelf-Incorporated Seating

OpenBook by TILT Provides a Peaceful Reading Area

OpenBook by TILT, an award winning design and architecture practice based in London, England, is more than a simple seat. It is an all-encompassing piece of furniture that is perfect for offices, small spaces and more. A deep nook that provides a good sense of peacefulness and privacy, it boasts a built-in shelving unit on one side and a series of slots on the other side to hold books and magazines.

OpenBook by TILT also provides a tabletop surface just above the shelves so that the sitter can place knick knacks, plates of food and more on top while working or relaxing. An evolution of TILT's original Library Chair, it has a fully upholstered interior, including an upholstered side panel, offering additional comfort and sound insulation.
