Awkward Android Ads

This Old Spice Ad Features a 'Mandroid' Trying His Best to be a Man

Most people have become fairly familiar with the guy who appears in a lot of the Old Spice ads, which is what makes the introduction of the "Mandroid" in this Old Spice commercial so strange and unsettling. In the commercial, the Mandroid is presented as an awkward robot that tries his best to be a cool guy.

Unfortunately for Mandroid, the surge of confidence given to him by Old Spice's products causes him to get clumsy, trip over his own two feet and land on top of a woman sunbathing at the beach. Although this could have been extremely embarrassing for the awkward bot, he takes it in stride and makes the most of the situation, especially as the woman makes a note of how good he smells.
