Net-Zero Emissions Tiny Homes

The 'Ohariu' Tiny Home is Elegant and Well-Appointed

The 'Ohariu' tiny home is the design work of the New Zealand-based First Light studio architectural firm as a sustainable living space that doesn't hold back when it comes to minimalist style.

Constructed by Build Tiny, the home features 183-square-feet of living space yet highlights the finishings of a modern luxury living space. High ceilings within the main floor area with the living room, kitchen and bathroom lead up into the bedroom loft that is accented with a skylight to further increase the airy feel of the interior space.

The 'Ohariu' tiny home is clad in black corrugated iron and paired with solar panels on the roof to allow for energy generating. The home is priced at over $100,000.
