O'Clock by Okum Made, a Los Angeles-based studio formed by David Okum and Javier Palomares, is a collection of time-tellers that may look very basic, but are actually full of sleek yet quirky details. First of all, while it might be ok to describe the design as a wood block to be succinct, there is geometric quality brought about by its boxy shape as well as the donut-like carving in the center, which mimics the classic face of a clock. Secondly, the hands look like colored popsicle sticks.
O'Clock by Okum Made is available in four different types of wood: American Walnut, Hard White Maple, Douglas Fir and Cork. Each one was manufactured to frame the beauty of the wood's growth.
