Ocean Plastic Cleaner Packaging

Windex Vinegar Ocean Plastic Bottles Help to Clean Up the Water

Since 2015, Windex bottles have been made of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and now, the new Windex Vinegar Ocean Plastic bottles are also addressing sustainability with packaging that's non-toxic and entirely made of recycled ocean plastic.

The innovative glass cleaner has the potential to be used on everything from glass shower doors to mirrors and windows, as well as glass stovetops and other household surfaces.

At the GreenBiz 2019 conference in Phoenix, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson, Fisk Johnson, will be discussing the role that companies may play in the ocean plastic crisis. According to Johnson, "With over 5 trillion pieces of plastic debris in the ocean, conditions are continuing to get worse and worse. The Windex bottle is just one of the many ways we are not only providing solutions to combat ocean pollution but taking action to make these solutions a reality."
