Beautiful Basket Lighting

Kenyon Yeh's Nuo Lights Feature Rattan Weaving Craftsmanship

Those looking for a crafty, natural addition to their home will fall in love instantly with the Nuo Lights. Although these light fixtures may look like re-purposed baskets, there is something sleek and sophisticated about them that makes you think twice about that belief.

Designed by Kenyon Yeh, the Nuo Lights were inspired by a recent trip to Indonesia, where he went to work with local traditional craftsman in order to learn rattan weaving techniques. By the look of the Nuo Lights, he learned the intricacies of a skillful activity.

Made by hand out of rattan strips from banana trees, the Nuo Lights have been shaped into stunning silhouettes perfect for modern living spaces. Four different styles have been made by this talented designer.
