NotCo is Set to Launch the NotBurger in the United States

NotCo, an emerging food tech company specializing in plant-based products, has announced the launch of NotBurger, a meat-free burger formulated to taste, feel, and cook, just like its animal-based counterpart.

The company will introduce the new product at Natural Products Expo West 2022 before launching a wider retail release. Interestingly, NotCo has already demoed the product in Chile in 2020, where it was sold at Burger King during a three-month period, in which it achieved four times its sales targets.

What makes NotBurger really stand out, however, is that the recipe was partly created by the brand's patented AI technology named Giuseppe, which was able to identify unique ingredient combinations that would best produce a meat-like burger experience.

"Once you taste it, you’ll truly believe in the power a great-tasting product has in consumer adoption. Our NotBurger has received great feedback and achieved widespread distribution in Latin America, and consumers in the U.S. have been craving availability stateside," said Matias Muchnick, CEO and Co-Founder of NotCo.
