The Nomad Spring/Summer 2014 Collection is Barren and Wild

The Nomad Spring/Summer 2014 collection was born of a collaboration between designers based in both Portugal and Sweden. Titled Road to Dambulla, this line is as much practical as it is fashionable and avant-garde, a product of oversize button up tops and loose tie-up skirts.

To showcase these Nomad pieces, a lookbook featuring a desert-like backdrop was used. Cacti, rocks and thick twigs provided intriguing images, all of which placed floor-length dresses, dainty bikinis and fluffy sweaters on display.

Nomad's preoccupation with nature is as much present in these images as it is in the materials used. The label aims to remain as eco-friendly as is possible by using local products and environmental cuts of fabric.
