Live Television Fails

The invention of the Nintendo Wii has brought about a rash amount of television deaths due to people accidentally launching their mis-adjusted controllers at their television screens.

The best case of a viral Nintendo Wii fail that I have seen happens to have occurred live on-air on the home shopping network.

The host, demonstrating how easy the Nintendo Wii is to use, forgot to tighten his wrist strap, wound up and flung his controller at the set, consequently damaging both the television and the Nintendo Wii’s reputation.
