The Ninebyfour Lamp Presents the Simple Combination of Timber and Tube

There is a way to design with detail while avoiding going overboard with complicated components. The Ninebyfour Lamp has quite a basic composition, yet it provides enough aesthetically to impress the eyes. What we have here is the simple combination of an LED tube light and a beam of reclaimed lumber.

Waarmakers of the Netherlands acquires its timber from trees that must be cut down due to illness. These would typically end up as firewood, but the studio gives these sick elms a much longer lifespan, and one that allows them to be admired constantly. The Welovelamp project creates one-of-a-kind light fixtures that express organic and unique wood grain patterns, illuminated by the eco-friendly source of the Ninebyfour Lamp.
