In the Mac vs. PC war, Mac has a friend in the Nine Inch Nails camp. The Blue Screen of Death appears after a computer--most likely a Windows one, but the BSOD can also appear on other platforms--encounters a system error so severe that it must shut down immediately to prevent serious damage.
The Nine Inch Nails tech team has integrated the PC Blue Screen of Death image as a part of their concert. The BSOD pops up for a split second near the end of the song The Great Destroyer.
