Dark Icy Editorials

The Nicola Haffmans LA Confidential Shoot is Chic and Chilly

Dark and icy, it is surprising to note that the Nicola Haffmans LA Confidential editorial features some stunning spring designs. It is as though Los Angeles-based photography duo Stevie Verroca and Mada Refujio could not let go of the winter season just yet. Appearing in the magazine's April-May 2012 issue, it brings a chic chill into the air.

Shot against the modern architecture of the Walt Disney Concert Hall in California, the Nicola Haffmans LA Confidential editorial was styled by Becky Malinsky. She clad the Dutch beauty in cool blues and metallics from the likes of Louis Vuitton, Proenza Schouler and Chanel. Haffmans' straight hair and purplish makeup was done by Terry Millet and Kathy Jeung.
