Ruby Slipper is Serving Up New Orleans-Style Brunch for Mardi Gras

Ruby Slipper is helping consumers get into the Mardi Gras spirit with its New Orleans-style brunch menu.

Created to help friends and families get together and "let the good times roll," the brand's limited-time New Orleans-style brunch menu is packed with delicious Louisana fare. There's the Cajun Catfish Coubion, which consists of fried catfish and poached eggs served over corn maque choux and golden tater hash cakes, as well as some King Cake Stuffed French Toast that's decorated with classic king cake colors. There's also the new Queen Cake Pancakes and the Mardi Gras Beignets, which are stuffed with cinnamon-orange cheesecake with Crofter’s organic strawberry preserves.

The entire New Orleans-style brunch menu, plus some Mardi Gras drink specials, are available now through mid-February.
