A drink created by Matthew Ross and Aisling Gammil of Whisler's in Austin, this delicate twist on the classic negroni cocktail has an altruistic aspect to it. $1 from each My Fair Lady cocktail sold will be donated in support of the city's St Jude Cancer Research and Children's Hospital.

Taking the inspiration for its name from the pink hue similar to that of the infamous dress from the iconic My Fair Lady film, the negroni cocktail is topped off with a picture perfect grapefruit peel as a garnish.

In order to recreate this refreshing cocktail, one with need Pisco Porton, Campari, Cocchi Americano and Hopped Grapefruit Bitters. Tools needed to ensure a perfect mix and presentation include an old fashioned glass and a mixing glass.
