Meaning "new life" in Hindu, Naya Jeevan hopes to offer the low income employees such as janitors, waiters and drivers in Pakistan with affordable health insurance.

According to Naya Jeevan, less than 3% of government expenditures are spent on healthcare, which became one of the strongest motivating factors for founder, Asher Hasan. Operating under the micro-health insurance program, the low income families will only be responsible for minor costs while the rest of the medical expenses, up to a capped amount of approximately $1800, are covered by the accredited hospitals.

This not only helps reduce the mortality rate in the country, but also ensures timely and adequate healthcare for individuals. They also provide additional training seminars in various neighborhoods for their members.
