These Mountain Trikes Help People With Mobility Issues Enjoy the Outdoors

British company Mountain Trike is offering two new wheelchair trikes designed to help people with mobility limitations to enjoy off-road riding.

The MT Evo is a wheelchair trike that is equipped with arm-pumped levers that deliver power to wheels via a geared chain-drive transmission. This setup allows users to stay clean and dry and keep their hands comfortable. This wheelchair also has a special braking setup designed for riders with limited use of their hands.

The MT Push meanwhile is a trike that needs to be pushed, with steering and brake operation done via an adjustable handlebar in the back.

These two wheelchairs are designed so that people with physical disabilities can enjoy the same outdoor activities as everyone else.
