Bespoke British Cars

The Morgan SP1 is a Truly Glorious Custom-Built Masterpiece

The Morgan SP1 is a spectacular custom-built offering from British automaker Morgan. This one-off offering, produced through Morgan's Special Projects Division, fuses classic British eccentricity with a modern design.

The Morgan SP1 has a unique tubular frame that makes for a stiff (upper lip) appearance, while the car's doors open upwards in dramatic fashion. The car boasts a three-stage paint job that utilizes a black undercoat and a red finish for a deep, dark red color.

The car's bodywork makes use of a wooden frame constructed out of ash wood and African Bubinga red hardwood. The red hardwood was chosen by the client to remind him of his time spent in Africa.

The car has a 3.7-liter Ford Mustang V6 engine capable of producing a top speed of 233 km/h.
