A group of scientists working for Sparo Labs have come up with an incredible device called the Wing, which essentially works to monitor lung health in conjunction with your smartphone. One of the highlights of the Wing device is the fact that it's small enough to be carried around in your pocket. The device can easily be plugged into your smartphone, and will be able to detect early warning signs for asthma attacks.
The Wing will monitor lung health by looking into a variety of conditions including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cystic fibrosis, chronic bronchitis, emphyseme and pulmonary fibrosis.
This ingenious device is targeted towards anyone who is interested in monitoring their lung health, although it is particularly suited towards athletes, musicians and singers.
